Lisa Edelstein is an American actress who is best known for her role on the Fox medical show, House. In a very strict Jewish background the actress relocated from Wayne in the state of Wayne to New York City when she was just 18 years old to go to the Tisch School of the Arts. She was very active in the club scene in New York City and did enough that she was heard in the press. At the same time she began to become aware of AIDS its devastating consequences. The singer used her musical training and fame to create and star in a musical of her own, Positive Me. Shortly thereafter she landed a job at MTV and was the host of Awake to the Wild Side. Once it went off the show, she started appearing in films and television production at first in small roles and gradually established herself as an actor.
