Michael Torres known by his creative name Myke Towers, is a Puerto Rican rapper and songwriter born on the 15th of January 1994 in Rio Piedras Puerto Rico. He changed his name changed from Mike Towers to Myke Towers in tribute to the movement of music called Young Kingz of which he is a participant, changing the letter i into a y initial letter that is the first character in his movement's name. Myke Towers has been part of the underground rap scene of Puerto Rico since his adolescence making his very first songs and freestyles through the SoundCloud account. Songs from 2014 like Dia de cobro Por Mi Es Normal and En los Bloques made him the most well-known name in Puerto Rico. In 2014, he received recognition for his La Nueva Droga freestyle and rendition of Drake's original song 0 to 100%.
